Before you ship
Minimum weight
The minimum air-cargo charge is 10kg. Shipments under 10kg are billed at the 10kg rate.
Valuables
Phones, tablets, laptops, gaming systems, iPads, perfumes and other valuable items must be declared and may attract separate charges.
Door delivery
Door delivery is available for an additional fee based on your location and is included only when stated in your quote.
Customs
Duties, taxes, inspections or additional government charges may apply depending on contents and destination.
Delivery timelines
All timelines are estimates, not guaranteed dates. Customs, airline or vessel schedules, weather and courier delays can affect delivery.
Declaration
Customers must accurately disclose shipment contents and must not submit prohibited, illegal, dangerous or undeclared goods.
